Job Details:

$0.45-$0.51 per mile*
Detention pay: $20-$25 per hour
Drop and hook: $37 per stop
Live load/unload: $48 per stop
Driver load/unload: $45 per stop
Hazmat: $25 per load
Refrigerated: $30 per load
Driver assist: $25 per load
Empty move: $20 per load
Dunnage removal: $10 flat rate
Placard placement: $10 flat rate
Mechanical breakdown pay: $20 per hour
Rail delays: $20 per hour
Truck order not used: $20
Waiting on truck: $20 per hour
Yard checks: $20 per hour
Spotting: $5 per move
Safety training pay: $20 per hour
Mandatory meetings: $20 per hour
New hire training period: $200 per day for an average of 5 days
Holiday pay: $120 per day???
